Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us.
Please don't return merchandise to the warehouse address or send any return merchandise before getting RMA with return address information from us.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after your order. We will credit you back for all items unopened and in saleable condition in the same form of payment you made to us.
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if the return is not due to an error on our part, (wrong item received, etc.), we will deduct 15% to partially cover our original expense of shipping the item to you.
If the return was due to an error in shipping or product problem, we will pay for return shipping by sending a call tag to pick up the product. For other returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Please make sure you can track and, if necessary, insure the shipment. We are not responsible for returns lost in shipment.
